It keeps you hard and consistent I would definitely purchase again, no headaches the day after tho like the rest of comments says.

Works great, however it does cause headaches and nose/sinus stoppage
Meets more than my expectations i was hard withen twenty minutes was able to go two rounds in an hours time wife is very satisfied and so am I also lasting into the next day will order again
